Thursday
1pt win Watch The Wind 4.50 Ayr
Course specialists Something Silver and Jefertiti have gone up 6lbs and 7lbs respectively for their ding-dong battle over course and distance last time - and both have gone up almost a stone in the weights this year.
They may struggle to continue their improvement in the conditions.
It is hard to see Native Coll reversing the form with Something Silver as he had a similar weight advantage the last time they met and it may pay to chance Watch The Wind in this.
She remains a maiden after 13 starts but looks capable of winning off 83 judged on her latest second. The testing conditions should help the bottom weight here as she will be staying on when others have cried off and is worth a wager to small stakes.
