|VIDEO: ASTON VILLA STRIKER GETS HIS PANTS PULLED DOWN BY TOTTENHAM DEFENDER
SportingPreview.com: 25 September 2013
Aston Villa striker Nicklas Helenius had his pants pulled down last night as Tottenham thrashed his side 4-0 at Villa Park in the Capital One Cup third round.
Helenius was bearing down on goal and was chased down by Jan Vertonghen and as he raced into the penalty area Vertonghen, fearful of Villa cancelling out Jermain Defoe's opener, took drastic action and grabbed the shorts of Helenius.
The Danish striker was hauled back by the cheeky move and soon found himself with his white shorts around his knees, but with the ball still at his feet.

By the time Helenius fired his shot over (well, you can't blame him for losing his composure...), he was showing off his pair of white pants to the fans inside Villa Park.
Incredibly, referee Jon Moss refused to point to the penalty spot, leaving Villa searching for a goal... and red-faced Helenius pulling up his shorts.
Jermain Defoe bagged a brace while Paulinho and Nacer Chadli also found the target in the 4-0 drubbing in front of their own fans.
